MY WEIGHT LOSS CHART AND JOURNAL

2~21~01- This is my first actual journal beside keeping track of what I eat. I so far have lost 14 lbs. and I am starting to notice the clothing getting a lot looser on me. I have been overweight almost all of my life and this has been my highest weight ever. I lost a lot of weight in my late teens and I was able to keep it off for a short time. Over the years, the pounds creeped up on me and now here I am trying to fight this battle of losing weight. I am getting married in 5 months and I really hope to be a little smaller for the wedding. I am proud to be marrying a man who loves me for me and doesn't care about my size, but I want to lose this weight and keep it off. I have tried other weight loss diets such as Atkins, pills, etc. but Weight Watchers seems to be working the best so far. I am on the beginning of my journey and I hope with help from others I will be able to succeed!!!!! I will be writing in this journal a lot more because I think it might help me keep on track. 3-23-01 Well today I stayed the same weight. Might be that time of month or something. I changed my eating habits a little and lost 5 lbs last week. I cut my carbs a bit and ate more protien and veggies. I feel better. The carbs make me tired for some reason so by cutting them, the weight fell right off. I tried tofu and it is not for me. YUCK!! The fat free Turkey kabalsa is good. I have been snacking on teddy grahams and fat free welchs ice bars. well talk to you soon. My wedding plans are coming along and it is getting more stressful.
