MAKE SURE YOU DRINK YOUR WATER EVERYDAY.  I LEARNED THE HARD WAY WHEN I WAS  LOSING VERY SLOWLY. BUT WHEN I STARTED TO INCREASE MY WATER INTAKE, THE POUNDS STARTED TO MELT AWAY, ALSO IT MAKES YOU FULL AND YOU WON'T WANT TO CRAVE ANYTHING!!!
